Terms and Conditions
General Info
- Please do not harass or rush me to finish your commission. At any time, I may have more than one commission to work on as well as my busy daily schedule. I will keep you updated on your commission status, however, if a few days pass and I haven’t contacted you, feel free to drop me a message asking how it stands.
- You are expected to treat me in a respectful manner, as I will do the same for you. I will not work with someone who is being disrespectful.
- I reserve the right to decide if I do or do not wish to accept a commission.
- I reserve the right to use the work I have completed for you in my personal portfolio.
Payment :
- Prices are based off of what you ask for. The more complex your order, the higher the price.
- You must pay 50% of the commission upfront. The remaining must be sent before I send a version of your commission without a watermark. If the payment is under $15 then you must pay the full amount upfront.
- All payments must be made via an invoice that I will send you. This can be paid via Paypal or a credit / debit card.
- No payment / confirmation within 3 days (72 hours) of my agreeing to take your commission will result in you losing your spot on my commission list.
- If you would like the .psd file, you must pay an additional 50% of the piece’s price. For commissions $15 or lower, an flat $10 fee will be charged for the .psd file. Note, that if you have this, you may not alter or resell any part of the work.
- You are allowed to ask for your order to be expedited, however, there will be additional charges.
- Before 5 days : 50% additional fee.
- If it’s 1-2 days : 100% additional fee.
Cancellations :
- Cancellations are only possible if I have not started the coloring process yet of your commission. You will know that I have started it if I have sent you a watermarked image of the completed line-art.Â
- I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time dependent upon your attitude. If you are unbecoming or impolite, then I will cancel the commission and issue a partial refund of your payment. I will keep payment for the amount of work I have put into your commission so far.
About the Art :
- Several watermarked WIP images will be sent through the process to ensure you’re happy with it.
- You may ask for unlimited revisions of the WIP images. However, if you ask for major updates after I have already started coloring, I may ask for an additional charge.
- You are not allowed to claim any of my work as your own, modify it, resell it, distribute it, etc, unless you have been given direct, written consent from me. This includes, but is not limited to, the final product and any screenshots of the work I have sent through the commission process, images that I showcase or put on my website, etc.
- The graphics that I provide do not come with any special guarantees. If the artwork is stolen from you or you lose it, then it is not my responsibility to deal with it.
About the Process :
- Sketches will take between 2-4 business days to complete.
- The finished product, unless I tell you otherwise, will take between 10-14 business days to complete.Â
- I will update you every step of the way during the commission process. Once I am finished with the sketch, I will send a screenshot. You may ask for any changes then. I will then start on the line-art. After that is finished, I will send another screenshot. I will also send screenshots through the coloring process to ensure you are okay with the colors that are being chosen.
- If you do not respond within a reasonable amount of time, I will put your commission off until you do respond.
